Receiving Bay

• We verify documents for example;the Address P.O’s/Invoices/Delivery orders, Ensuring that goods/raw materials are delivered as per the LPO.
• We also verify  goods / documents leaving the store/returned to the supplier e.g GRN Management of Supply

Staff Entrance Control

• We control staff  & visitors entering/exiting the premises
• We search everybody leaving the premises,to ensure that nobody leaves the premises with item(s) that have not been paid for.This is MANDATORY procedure for all.
• We also document staff,visitors,merchandiers and anybody entering the store to work.

Customer Care

• We provide customer care services to our clientele base.Our officers are well trained in handling customer.
• We deploy them mainly to assist customers in all situations since they are well versed with the importance of a customer to any business.

CCTV Control

Our CCTV and Surveillance team are trained and  tasked with maning Survellance Control Room.

• We make sure that there is 24Hrs survellance around the business premises.
• We also make day to day reports on the findings of CCTV footages.
• We also execute matters of prosecution and investigations incase of any incedence within the premises.

Debt Collection
